Free shipping on orders over $55.00. Website is set up to do weight based shipping and there is also a priority mail offer. If you meet the required amount for free shipping, choose the free shipping option at check out. We ship USPS, item should arrive within 3 – 5 business days. Next day processing if ordered by 3pm Mountain time

It is our mission to make products that are as unique and wonderful as you. If there is something about our products that aren’t meeting your standards please let us know at (MelissaBehr@play-clarity.com), we truly want to hear from you so we can make it better. We offer free refunds within 30 days of when your order was shipped. To be eligible for a return the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping cost may apply in some situations.
To return your product, please request a return through the website and then mail your product to: Clarity Lifestyle LLC 18250 N 32nd Street #1001, Phoenix, AZ 85032. We gladly take returns if items are received in good shape. Full refund issued with the initial shipping cost when product has reached the office.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
